BWDD Membership Rules

  1. The BWDD reserves the right to reject applications for membership without giving any reason and further reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time.
  2.  All members agree to abide by these rules and the BWDD code of conduct.
  3.  Breach of these rules or the BWDD code of conduct may result in membership suspension or termination.
  4. You agree to enter into discussion with the BWDD in its investigation of any complaint made against you. Failure to do so may result in membership suspension or termination.
  5. In the event of termination, a re-application would not be accepted for a period of twelve months from the termination date.
  6.  In the event of termination, members agree to remove all references, statements and logos from its website and all forms of offline marketing material.
  7.  In the event that false declarations are discovered to have been made on an application for membership, membership may be suspended or terminated.
  8.  Usage of BWDD Seals must comply with the conditions listed below:
    Membership seals may not be used for any other purpose than to signify membership and must be linked as follows:
    The seal itself, should be linked to your membership page, (you will receive these details when you are approved for inclusion) and the text should be linked to http://www.bwdd.co.uk . More detail here
    Various sizes and file formats of our seal are available, various text links are also available.
    BWDD Seals may not be re-sized, modified, edited, cropped, reversed, enhanced, filtered or changed.
  9.  Members agree to accept BWDD's email communications from time to time, that the BWDD considers relevant to its members. The BWDD ensures the privacy of members by not selling or distributing their names, emails, or addresses.
  10.  Members agree to abide by all prevailing policy and procedure statements as maybe issued from time to time.
